How long do they stay fresh?

Biscuits: 3 months, if sealed.

Cupcakes: they are best eaten within 3 days.

Cake Pops: they will be fine for a week at room temp. Please store in the fridge if you will keep them for longer and let them come to room temp before serving (cracking may occur though)

Do you do gift packaging?

Yes, We have a few options for you to choose from!

Do you deliver?

We use Uber Collect for our deliveries.

Do you bake cakes?

Yes we do!

How long in advance do I need to place my order?

We have a 2 week minimum requirement.

But it will depend on our availability.

Do you have any ready-made products?

No, all our products are custom made to order.

Our Policies

Cancellation, Refund & Order Change Policy

At Sprinkles n Crumbs we understand that plans can change. Please review our policy below regarding cancellations, refunds, and order changes.

Order Changes or Rescheduling

Orders may be changed or rescheduled with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the collection or delivery date.
Requests made with at least 14 days' notice will be accommodated where possible at no additional charge.

Cancellations & Refunds

14 days or more notice: Customers will receive a 100% refund
7 to 13 days notice: Customers will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Less than 7 days notice: Unfortunately, no refund will be issued.
Should an emergency occur on the part of Sprinkles n Crumbs in which your order cannot be completed, you will be fully refunded. We will notify you as soon as possible should this occur.

Important Notes

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Custom-made, personalised, or specially sourced items may be subject to additional terms if materials have already been purchased.
By confirming and paying for an order, customers acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Please respect the arranged collection date and time as we cannot ensure freshness of your order after this time.
We will not be held responsible for your order once it has left our kitchen and been safely delivered into your hands. Keep them safe, keep them cool!
