How long do they stay fresh?

Biscuits: 3 months, if sealed.

Cupcakes: they are best eaten within 3 days.

Cake treats: they will be fine for a week at room temp. Please store in the fridge if you will keep them for longer and let them come to room temp before serving (cracking may occur though)

Do you do gift packaging?

Yes, I have a few options for you to choose from!

Do you deliver?

Yes, I use Uber Collect for most of my deliveries.

Do you bake cakes?

I do not make cakes anymore.

How long in advance do I need to place my order?

3 days for DIY kits, cookie jars, and cupcakes

7 days for cookies, cake pops and cakesicles

But it will depend on my availability.

Do you have any ready-made products?

No, all my products are custom made to order.

Where are you located?

I am located in the leafy suburbs of Plumstead, Cape Town

Do you have any vegan products?

I only have vegan cookies

Our Policies

Final payment is due 14 days prior to the event. This is the final opportunity to make changes to your order(theme and quantities.). If you fail to make payment by this date, your order may be cancelled.
I can make small design changes up to 7 days prior the collection date. Changes requested after this point are not guaranteed.
Orders can be cancelled or rescheduled, no less than 14 days prior to the event to receive a refund (SNC credit). Orders cancelled with less than 7 days to the event will forfeit all funds paid at that time.
Should an emergency occur on the part of Sprinkles n Crumbs in which your order cannot be completed, you will be fully refunded. I will notify you as soon as possible should this occur.
No cash refunds, unless SNC is responsible for the cancellation. All other refunds will be given as credit.
Please respect the arranged collection date and time as I cannot ensure freshness of your order after this time.
I will not be held responsible for your order once it has left my kitchen and been safely delivered into your hands. Keep them safe, keep them cool!
